Winter Hike

We didn’t get a lot of snow in Wolfsburg so far this winter. Therefore, I decided to go on a hike in the Harz. All the way up on the Brocken I surely should be able to find some snow.

While driving up, it became pretty obvious that the amount of snow shouldn’t really be a problem.

It also turned out to be a great decision to get up at 7 a.m. on a Sunday and get going right away. For the first part of the hike, I seem to have been the first person to walk through the snow this morning…

…but after some time, it looks like a pair of hikers was walking in front of me.
