Fool Moon Parade
A couple of days ago, I had received an email from Dietmar who lives in Ann Arbor and had joined the local photoraphy group Ann Arbor Shutterbugs. They planned to meet at the university to watch the Fool Moon Parade. I hadn’t taken pictures in quite a while and it worked out very well because I could just go there on my way back from the proving ground.
I arrived a bit early and walked around the incredibly beautiful campus.
This also gave me the opportunity to observe my first frat party that looked exactly like in the movies. Music was blaring all over the street, girls were screaming and the ground was filled with the iconic plastic cups.
Shortly after, people started showing up and getting ready for the parade. At first it didn’t really look like many people but over time it got pretty big.
The parade went from the campus to a small alley in downtown Ann Arbor where a DJ was playing and everyone just had a good time for a while.
I had a great time and this was a good opportunity to practice taking candid pictures of people. I’d certainly come again.
